Level up your physical well-being with a deeper connection to the earth. Everything you need to transform your body is provided by nature. Spend time outdoors getting grounded, breathe fresh oxygen, move your body, and sunbathe for 20 minutes a day.

You can create the next upgrade to your body with the choices you make each day. If you want different results you’ll have to make different choices. Supplement your diet with vitamin D and C, plus quercetin and zinc to strengthen your immune system.

Your body responds to your thoughts and emotions. Remember that positive thinking produces positive results. Focus on what’s going right with your body and appreciate all that it does for you. You can use your mind each day to transform your health.

Your heart has a magnetic field that sends out a frequency. When you’re feeling good your vibration is high. You feel good when you believe the best about who you are and what you do. Let go of limiting, fear-based beliefs and transform your body with love. 

As you build your spiritual light body your physical body becomes lighter. Your inner light holds all the information you need to transform your body from the inside. Free your spirit to elevate your physical self to reach the next stage of enlightenment.  

Transform your body with healing plant-based foods. The more colors you eat, the more nutrients you receive. Get in the habit of eating a rainbow of organic fruits and veggies every day and observe the healing power of nature. Nothing man-made can compare.

The way you live your life is up to you. When you choose to focus on transformation you will find ways to upgrade your body from moment to moment. The new form your body takes is based on one choice, one belief, and one thought at a time.
