SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

  • All DYI Define Your Inspiration orders placed before 12 PM CST are processed within 2 business days unless otherwise stated at checkout. Any item on backorder, an email will be sent to the customer with the estimated delivery date.  DYI does not ship on weekends. If placed on Friday-Sunday or holiday, your package will ship the following business day.
  • SHIPPING: All orders over $150 receive FREE USPS Economy delivery. 
  • EXPEDITED SHIPPING: If you need your package quicker, we offer additional shipping options that are calculated at checkout.
  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Rates are determined at checkout.
  • FREE LOCAL PICKUP: Available in Houston, TX.  Tuesday-Saturday between 11am-5pm.  You will receive an email when your order is ready to pickup.
  • DYI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Holidays may cause delays in shipping time.

RETURN POLICY

We're sorry that your purchase did not work for you!  We have made returns easy and hassle free!! When returning your item(s), please make sure that your return is in compliance with the policy below.

- ALL ITEMS PURCHASES ON SALE ARE FINAL SALE

  • ALL RETURNS will be authorized by contacting Hello@shopdyi.com. Please email the item you are returning, and our team will authorize and send a label.  Please remember all SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE over 30% off.
  • Hello@shopdyi.com will help you with your label
  • If a package is sent to our warehouse without being authorized, it will be automatically marked as ineligible for refund and processed as a store credit. 
  • Returned items must be received by the DYI Returns Department within 30 days from the date purchased in order to be eligible for a refund. You will be provided a return label when items are returned within 30 days, unworn, unwashed and with original tags.
  • All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment and will post approximately 3-10 business days after the date of processing. 
  • Return items must be in their unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and smoke-free condition with tags attached (if applicable).
  • Any items using promotional discounts 30% and over are FINAL SALE. See individual promotions for details.
  • Swimwear, Beauty Products and Intimates are all FINAL SALE.
  • Discounts can NOT be applied to previous orders.
  • The DYI staff will determine if the item is eligible for a return and/or refund. Clothing returned that is not in compliance with our return policy will be refused.
