I Am Part of the Solution

Every problem has a natural solution. The solution to human suffering can be found in the simplicity and beauty of nature. A tree doesn't believe it is superior or inferior to another tree, and the sun shines on everyone. Humans are free of suffering in a natural environment of equality.

ACTION STEPS

Where your attention goes energy flows. If you focus on a problem you are feeding it with your energy. When you put your attention on solving the problem you’re investing your energy wisely. First you must be aware of a problem and then consciously shift your focus to solving it. 

See the big picture. To end human suffering we must wake up and realize that we are all connected as spiritual beings on this human journey together. We must treat one another with respect, understanding and kindness in order to co-exist on this planet. You must become part of the solution in order to tip the scales in favor of peace, equality, and freedom.  

The sun is the same source of light for all human beings. It shines for everyone without exception. The natural world that we all share is a model of fairness and equality. Whenever the presence of light is dimmed by inequality or injustice it's important to remember the power of the sun that resides in your solar plexus and use the fire in your belly to make a difference.  

Everyone deserves to be healthy and this means taking charge of your own body. The natural solution to disease is found in nature. Organic whole foods provide living medicine, herbs and spices are nature's pharmacy, connecting with the soil heals the microbiome in your gut, getting a daily dose of sunlight kills viruses, and breathing deeply in nature bathes every cell in your body with life-giving oxygen. 

The way we treat the earth is the way we treat our bodies. If we disrespect her with toxins and pollution, we are doing the same to ourselves. Become part of the solution by making good choices with your purchasing power to reduce toxins and pollution. This will support your own health and the health of the planet. 

The ego tends to create problems to make itself feel more important. The bigger the problem, the bigger the ego needs to become to keep dealing with it. The moment you turn a problem over to your soul the simpler the solution will be. Your soul will guide you to do the right thing, at the right time, in the right place. 

Karma is the natural law of justice. What goes around comes around. Every action has an equal and opposite reaction. Remember the law of karma when you witness an injustice and know that nature will always take its course.
