Nature provides the perfect blueprint for your health. Its biodiversity of plants, animals, bacteria and fungi represent a diverse ecosystem. Wild animals move freely across the earth to remind us that movement is life. Live in harmony with nature to be healthy.

Moving your body is at the core of vibrant health. Every time you get up and move you’re telling your body that you care. Your body will respond by moving freely with grace and ease. Schedule movement breaks throughout your day until it becomes a natural habit.
On hot summer days find a body of water. Nature provides lakes, rivers, streams, waterfalls, and oceans for a refreshing cool down. Whether you’re taking a dip in a cold mountain stream, kayaking on a lake or river, swimming by a waterfall, or surfing in the ocean, you’ll be moving naturally towards vital health.
Being healthy is your natural state. You’re either moving towards a healthy state or away from it. The closer you are to nature, the healthier you become. Move your body outdoors in a natural environment as much as possible for the best health insurance.
When you’re inspired by love you're moving towards health. Move away from fear-based campaigns and you’ll be moving in the direction of intuitive health. Knowing what is best for your body and acting on your intuition will keep you healthy.
A healthy body moves you into a healthy state of mind. A healthy state of mind moves you towards healthy emotions. Healthy emotions move you to take inspired action. Inspired action creates a healthy life. A healthy life is based on healthy choices.
Your body was designed to move with agility, balance, energy and strength. If you’ve sacrificed any of these for a sedentary lifestyle you can get back on track with a commitment to your health. Agility and balance can be restored by practicing yoga or Pilates. Energy and strength can be renewed by walking, running, hiking, biking, swimming or strength training.
Moving towards health requires the best possible fuel from Mother Nature. She offers a colorful array of plants that contain the right nutrients for your body to thrive. Try growing your own sprouts to have an abundant source of living food, rich with enzymes, readily available in your own kitchen. Sprouts are alkalizing to your body and that prevents disease.
