I AM LIVING MY DREAMS

I AM LIVING MY DREAMS

Life is like a dream. First you imagine it . . . then you wake up and live it. Mother Nature is living her dreams every time she awakens to a new season. In the summer she paints brilliant landscapes with vibrant colors to beautify the earth.

“The biggest adventure you can take is to live the life of your dreams.” ~ Oprah Winfrey

ACTION STEPS

The seedlings of a dream will come to fruition with tender care and focused attention. If you ignore your dream it will remain buried in your heart and never see the light of day. By giving it your attention your dream will grow and flourish.

To live a dream is to give it life. It doesn't necessarily have to make you rich, make you famous or change the world. If it's your dream it's up to you make sure that it has a life. To deny it exists, even in your imagination, is a kind of self-rejection. Bringing your dream to life is a form of self-acceptance.

The decision to live your dreams resonates with the truth of your soul. It isn't necessarily easy because the ego has its reasons for making you wait for the perfect time to follow your dream. The perfect time to begin is now. Living your dreams requires getting out of your own way. You'll have to give up the excuses why you can't pursue a dream to clearly see why you can. As soon as you identify why you can, take a step in that direction.

Following your dreams has the power to transform the world. If more people had the courage to turn their dreams into reality just imagine the kind of world this would be. What the world needs is more people living their dreams, sharing their gifts, and being fulfilled.

A calling is the Universe trying to get your attention to move in the direction of a dream. It doesn't matter what other people think about your dream. If they do have a negative reaction it's more than likely that they have refused the call and given up on their own dreams.

What did you dream of becoming when you were a child? When John Lennon was asked what he wanted to be when he grew up he said . . . happy. The teacher told him that he didn't understand the question. He said she didn't understand life. If your childhood dream was to be happy, it's not too late!
