We accept items for exchange, refund or return within 30 days of original purchase. *No exceptions*
All Items must meet the following criteria:
• All tags must be attached.
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in any way.
• Must be purchased from www.shopdyi.com.
• Exchanges for items purchased outside of www.shopdyi.com will not be accepted.
• Refunds will be returned only to the original form of payment.
To return or exchange an item, please follow the steps below:
• Place your item back in the original box or bag used for delivery.
• Email a member of our team at email@example.com to obtain a return label.
• Please reference your order # in the email.
• Enclose a copy of your receipt + the reason for your return or exchange.
• For exchanges, please include the item in which you wish to exchange your original item for - email or enclosed with your receipt.
• Drop the package off at your nearest UPS office.
• Once your order has been received, we will process your refund or exchange for all eligible items.
Items received after 30 days of the original purchase will be returned back to sender + will not be refunded.
