Your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual energy is similar to horsepower. If you lose energy your human vehicle will not have the power it needs to run efficiently. When all four parts are operating together in harmony, you experience wholeness.

ACTION STEPS


A whole person sees the body, mind, heart and spirit as equal partners in the business of being human. If one part is undervalued this causes a breakdown in the whole system. Be sure to give all four partners the sustained attention they deserve. 


Your body is in charge of your physical well-being with its innate power to heal and regenerate. Think of the last time you cut your finger and how your skin naturally healed. Trust your body’s intrinsic ability to maintain health and restore wholeness.


Your mental well-being depends on the power of your mind to use both hemispheres of your brain. Whole brain thinking occurs when the right brain; the creative, intuitive, receptive side, guides your left brain; the logical, rational, action-oriented side. 


Your heart regulates your emotional well-being. It has the power to create healthy heart coherence by feeling the emotions of compassion and appreciation. This wholehearted frequency wave greatly benefits you and everyone around you.  


Your spiritual well-being comes from trusting your soul to guide you. When you identify as a spiritual being you have the power to transcend the constraints of the physical world. Count on your spirit for whole solutions to human problems.

Whole foods are nature's medicine. Disease cannot exist in an alkaline state so when you eat 80% plant-based and 20% carbs and protein you create a healthy pH balance in your body. Organic produce is alkaline while carbs and protein are acidic. 


You have everything you need to feel whole. With the wisdom of your body, mind, heart and spirit you have the power to create a healthy lifestyle. Give your focused attention to all four parts and your whole life will be less stressful and more peaceful.
