I AM STRONG
Today we honor all the workers who have helped to create, build and maintain a strong country. It is the strength of individuals that allows the collective to thrive.
In this blog there are seven action steps to help you build strength physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually and step into your authentic power.
I Am Strong
A strong body, mind, heart and spirit are at the very core of the human experience. When all four parts are equal in strength, challenges turn into victories, and blessings are multiplied. Find strength in convictions of the heart.
"Strength does not come from physical capacity. It comes from an indomitable will.” ~ GandhI
ACTION STEPS
A strong mind uses powerful intentions to direct thought. An intention is set by getting clear, focusing your mind, and living in the feeling of your creative thoughts. Intention connects you with the infinite field of pure potentiality where anything is possible.
Your body came equipped with muscles that get stronger with use and atrophy when neglected. Engage in some form of strength training at least twice a week to stimulate the human growth hormone and develop your physical strength.
Your heart is the epicenter of love in the physical world. When you allow the outside world to dishearten you it builds a wall of fear around your heart. Keep your heart strong by seeing everything through a filter of love and you'll become a force for good.
A strong spirit is a source of freedom. Nelson Mandela and Victor Frankl were unjustly imprisoned for many years and they both discovered spiritual freedom before they were physically released. Free yourself from the bondage of fear by turning inward and connecting with your spirit.
A weakness is simply an undeveloped strength. You can use energetic shape-shifting to transfer strength from one area of your life to another. Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and focus on one of your strengths. When you feel a strong vibration then imagine transferring that energy to one of your weaknesses.
Integrity is the backbone of a strong character. You'll be aligned with your true nature when you're true to yourself, true to your word, and true to love. Inner strength is one of your greatest assets.
The food you eat will either build you up and make you strong or tear you down and make you weak. Read labels to make sure you know what you're buying. Be aware of what your body thrives on, and eat more whole foods from the earth.
