The magic of Christmas is in remembering what really matters. Let the message of love be delivered through every gift and act of kindness. It’s the perfect time of year for reflection, introspection, and celebration. Celebrating love is at the heart of the holidays.

Share the magic of enjoying a healthy body with gifts that inspire daily movement, optimal nutrition, deep relaxation, and proper hydration. For example: online classes for movement, a cookbook for nutrition, a yoga mat for relaxation, and a water bottle for hydration. 

Share the magic of developing a healthy mind with gifts that inspire creativity, clarity, mindfulness, and meditation. For example: watercolors to inspire creativity, a journal for gaining clarity, a candle for mindfulness, and a meditation pillow for meditating. 

Share the magic of living with a healthy heart by giving unconditional love. This gift is expressed through acceptance, kindness, compassion, and forgiveness. Give from the heart during the holidays and beyond to live in peace and harmony.

Share the magic of a healthy spirit by giving the gift of freedom. Surrender the need to control anyone or anything outside of yourself and you’ll embody the Christmas spirit. Remember your own spirit by giving yourself free time to pause, breathe, and be still. 

Share the magic of healthy food by creating meals that are colorful and nourishing. The joy of cooking a delicious, nutritious meal and sharing it with loved ones brings a new level of celebration to the table. Include plenty of red and green fruits and veggies for a naturally festive flair.

Share the magic of exercise by giving the gift of activewear and fitness accessories that inspire movement. These are gifts that keep on giving because when used they are contributing to health and fitness for life.
