Too much or too little energy creates an imbalance that can either cause anxiety and overwhelm or fatigue and depression. Think of recharging as a way to find the middle ground where you feel a sense of well-being.

Geese are known for their determination. They migrate hundreds of miles to get to a warmer climate and abundant resources where they can recharge. Use this kind of determination when it comes to recharging your own energy.
If you feel like you’re on a wild goose chase it’s time to stop chasing after what you want and allow what is yours to come to you. Being receptive brings balance to taking action, and you need both to live in harmony.
When you feel overwhelmed or anxious it means that you have trapped energy that needs to be released. Discharge the excess by exhaling fully, dancing, walking in nature, standing barefoot on the earth, or engaging in vigorous exercise.
If you’re experiencing fatigue or depression it means you need more energy. Recharge your batteries throughout the day by inhaling deeply and holding it in for a moment before you exhale. You can also meditate, read, rest, listen to music, get a massage, practice restorative yoga, nourish your body with healthy food or spend time in nature.
Your home is a reflection of your energy. To create a sacred space it’s important to clear disruptive patterns and limiting beliefs from your energy field so that you can live in a peaceful environment.
If you feel drained after being with someone that’s a sign that they’re using your energy to recharge. If you feel anxious or uncomfortable around certain people you could be absorbing the anxiety that they’re trying to discharge. Recharging your energy daily is an act of self-love that will counterbalance these outside influences.
Water is a great recharger. Drink it, bathe in it, swim through it, or walk near it, and you’ll feel its energizing, soothing effects on your body, mind, heart, and spirit.
