I AM MAKING SPACE
The art of making space begins from within. The outer world is a reflection of the inner world so it makes sense to create space from the inside out. When you lighten up physically, mentally and emotionally you make room for what really matters in life.

Getting rid of toxins from the body makes space for vibrant health; letting go of disempowering thoughts and beliefs frees up mental space for creative thinking; and releasing emotional trauma from the heart makes room for love to grow.
Toxins can be removed from the body with: cilantro, dandelion tea, celery juice, lemon water and wild blueberries along with a healthy dose of sunshine. Detoxing will make space for your body to absorb the nutrients you get when you eat real organic food.
You can let go of a false belief by asking: “Is it really true?” Simply by bringing it up to your conscious mind and questioning its validity you will move towards letting it go. This makes space for empowering beliefs to take root in your subconscious mind.
Releasing emotional trauma takes two people: the one who is sharing the past trauma and the one who is being a compassionate witness. Once the traumatic experience has been shared it can be released to make space in the heart for love to flourish.
Meditation makes a quiet space for your soul to be heard. In stillness it’s easier to hear your intuitive guidance. If you’re too busy to listen to your soul you could miss out on its wisdom. It helps to create a sacred space for practicing meditation.
Make space in your kitchen for healthy food by clearing out all of the unhealthy items. Learn about the healing power of fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, herbs and spices. Read labels and avoid processed foods with added sugar, sodium, chemicals and dyes.
Feeling lighter on the inside will inspire you to make space on the outside. You may choose to give away everything you don’t use; let go of toxic relationships; get rid of unhealthy habits or shed excess weight. Become a master at the art of clearing away what’s in the way to bring in the new.
