The way to love others is by focusing on what you love and appreciate about them. When you pay attention to what you appreciate in another person you start seeing even more things to love and appreciate. This is how you transform a relationship.

In this week’s blog you’ll learn seven ways to love others.

I Am Loving Others

Loving others is about lifting them up. You uplift another person with the quality of your attention, acceptance, affection and appreciation. The experience of love is always a joy when it’s uplifting and unconditional.

ACTION STEPS

Love creates healthy relationships. It’s soul purpose is to open the hearts of humanity to live in higher states of consciousness. When you allow your heart to lead the way it will always direct you to the most loving experiences. Wherever your heart naturally goes, your attention will follow.

Affection uplifts another person by honoring their physical well-being. Your touch, kind words, and gentle embrace all speak the language of love. Genuine affection not only shows how much you care, it speaks volumes about your capacity for true intimacy.

Acceptance uplifts out of respect for others. Your approval allows everyone to be responsible for who they are, and frees your mind to be responsible for who you are. Your responsibility to others is your ability to respond to them with love and kindness.

Attention uplifts with your presence. When you give your full attention to another human you are being a source of love. Where you place your attention creates your reality. Create a reality based on heartfelt connections made from quality time.

Appreciation is the great uplifter. As you express your gratitude for others you can see the positive effect you have on them. Everyone loves to be appreciated and appreciating those you love is essential to happiness. Gifts of appreciation are always a brilliant idea.

Preparing a delicious, healthy meal for others is an expression of love. Food made with love feeds the body and soul. Sharing a meal in a relaxing, beautiful atmosphere that you took the time to create adds an extra uplifting quality to this loving act of service.

Loving yourself and others is the foundation for loving life. When you build a life with the understanding that love is the most powerful force in the universe, you tend to be a force for good. Share your love with others to make a positive difference in the world.
