ACTION STEPS

Living in a state of expansion is the realm of your true self. Although you have an ego as part of the human experience, your soul is meant to be in charge. When you’re able to transcend the ego’s limited thinking you’ll be free to explore your limitless potential. 

Personal growth on the physical level starts by respecting your body. It is a vessel that will change its form many times in one lifetime to accommodate your expansion. Every stage of life is a chance to grow to the next level and move beyond previous limitations. 

Empowerment comes from the realization that your true nature is limitless. Whenever you get stuck in a fear-based loop of negative thinking from your ego-mind, empower yourself with the soulful mantra: I am limitless, as a reminder of who you really are.

An awakened heart has a magnetic field that emits the frequency of love and generates enough power to create miracles. Align with your soul, the limitless part of you that resides in your heart, and you will naturally attract loving relationships. 

Connection provides the strength to accomplish anything. When you connect with your spirit you’ll be guided; connecting with like-minded humans instills confidence; and making a connection with nature will inspire you to adapt to change along the way.

There is an unlimited supply of nutrients found in organic, whole foods. Your body and Mother Earth are connected so she will naturally provide what you need to be whole. Commit to eating food that comes from the earth and you’ll have boundless energy. 

Consciousness is limitless. Where you put your attention is where your consciousness goes. Use this valuable energy wisely by focusing on all the good in your life and the good in your life will naturally raise your consciousness.
