You’re like a radio that’s always plugged in to its power source. It’s up to you to turn the radio on, tune in to the right frequency, and listen.

In this week’s blog you’ll learn seven ways to raise your frequency. An elevated vibration elevates your life because like attracts like. In other words, good vibes bring you more people and experiences that feel good. 

I Am Raising My Frequency

Frequency is determined by vibration. Your vibration is the energetic expression of your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. Like a rainbow that has a spectrum of light vibrating at various frequencies, you send out a frequency based on your thoughts, feelingTs and emotions.

Energetically you're made of energy centers called chakras. Each of your seven chakras match the color spectrum of the rainbow. When your centers get clouded by fear and doubt your energy is diminished. Focus your attention on what you love, trust your soul to guide you, and have faith in the universe to support you and you'll naturally raise your frequency. 

There is a unified field of consciousness where we're all connected. It takes a quiet mind and an open heart to be aware of the divine universal energy that unites our human consciousness. It's helpful to meditate or walk mindfully in nature to become aligned with a higher state of consciousness. 

Sound carries frequency. Listening to music composed at 432 Hz will raise your vibrational frequency. Be aware of the sounds and words you make with your own voice to make sure you're sending out an uplifting vibration. Listen to the people who are speaking from their hearts with love, kindness and compassion for they are high frequency humans you can trust. 

Eat high vibrational foods that help you feel light and free. Organic fruits and veggies, beans and legumes, nuts and seeds, herbs and spices, sprouts and leafy greens all vibrate at a high frequency that will support your health. When you eat nutrient-dense whole foods you're ingesting the energy of the earth and sun, and this nourishes both your body and mind. Nikola Tesla, Albert Einstein, and Leonardo Da Vinci were all vegans.

Energy gets stored in your body. When your electromagnetic energy is disrupted by stress, fear, resentment or worry, your energetic vibration is low. You can raise your frequency by reducing stress, loving life, boosting your immune system and becoming grounded. Stand or walk barefoot on the earth for twenty minutes to recharge your body with electrons and discharge stress.

Your frequency is an energy producer that is constantly sending out a vibration that attracts the same frequency. In other words, what you give out you get back in return. Imagine having a sound mixing board with levers that you can move up or down. When you know you're operating at a low vibe then move the appropriate lever up towards a higher vibration. For example, if you're feeling sad you can move the lever up towards joy; when you're fearful move the lever in the direction of love; if you're feeling disappointed move the lever towards gratitude. You can either visualize your sound mixing board or draw one on paper.

Feeling grateful is a high frequency emotion. You can live in a state of gratitude with a daily practice of journaling what you're grateful for, expressing your appreciation throughout the day, and carrying or wearing a gemstone as a reminder to be grateful.
