Freedom comes from inner and outer transformation. Like a butterfly going through metamorphosis, humans go through an internal process of awakening to experience external freedom. Spread your wings and fly to celebrate your independence.
“Freedom lies in being bold.” ~ Robert Frost
You value what you can feel. Being free depends on boldness and courage to create a sense of belonging while maintaining independent thinking. This way of being feels exhilarating, expansive, exciting and enlightening.
Freedom of movement without tension, pain or fatigue, feels exhilarating. Give your body what it needs to move with greater ease and you will awaken the healer within. Physical symptoms are the body’s way of getting your attention.
The freedom to think for yourself feels expansive. It means you have gained enough wisdom from your life experience to know what is best for you. You expand your mind every time you awaken to your deepest truth and live with integrity.
Freedom in relationships feels exciting. Where there is mutual respect for one another there is an opportunity to grow in ways that bring excitement to your life. Allow your heart to awaken and find the joy of relating with others without judging them.
Spiritual freedom feels enlightening. It allows your spirit to be all-in with the human journey by elevating your consciousness. From this higher point of view you will naturally experience the lightness of being free through connectedness.
Food that is grown with the intelligence of nature, without pesticides, offers the freedom of vibrant health. Nature provides all the nutrients that your body needs to live in harmony. Align with Mother Nature to support your innate immune system.
The four elements of freedom are peace, love, joy and harmony. These qualities create the kind of life that being free celebrates. As an independent human being you can share these elements with others who value freedom and enjoy your interdependence.
HAVE A HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY!
