Life is energy. When you align with the source of your energy, you're going towards life. You have all the resources you need to balance your body, create what you desire, enjoy relationships, and connect with the force of love.

The way you manage your life force energy becomes the unique expression of your body. If you resist life, stress will block the flow of energy, inhibit your immune system, and upset the chemistry of your body. Let go of stress by accepting your life with all of its blessings and challenges.
Creative energy is the resource that your mind uses to create the life of your dreams. If you deplete creativity with worry then you will be squandering this valuable energy with the misuse of your imagination. Dissolve worry by directing your thoughts towards what you do want rather than what you don't want. This will keep your creative energy flowing in the direction of your goals and dreams.
Imagine yourself as a magnificent tree deeply rooted in the earth, growing to full potential, open to receiving light, giving to others, and being naturally aligned. Connect with its strength, flexibility and endurance to increase your vitality.
Loving energy is a resource of the heart that expands when shared. If you allow fear to block its expression you will experience an unpleasant emotion to guide you back to love. Your pleasant emotions are letting you know that your thoughts, words, and actions are in alignment with your soul.
Divine energy fuels your spirit. If doubt gets in the way you’ll feel disconnected and life becomes a struggle. Some of the best ways to stay connected with this resource is through prayer, meditation, contemplation and spending time in nature.
Divine Love is the most powerful force in the universe. It is expressing itself through creation. You are an expression of Divine Love and it's up to you to choose how you will express this energy in the world of form.
You are being guided by your soul when you feel courageous, confident, powerful, strong and focused. You realize that nothing is happening to you, it's happening for you, and you appreciate knowing that the universe is always on your side.
